Habitat - A host organism inhabited by parasites is as much a habitat as a place on land such as a grove of trees or an aquatic locality such as a lake. It could be a place where an organism or a community of organisms lives, including all living and nonliving conditions of the surrounding environment.

Humanity as human beings, like most primates, humans are social by nature. Nevertheless, humans are particularly proficient at utilizing systems of contact for self-expression, the exchange of ideas, and organization. Humans produce complex social structures composed of cooperating and competing groups, ranging in scale from small families and partnerships to species-wide political, scientific and economic unions. Social interactions amid humans have also established an enormously wide variety of traditions, rituals, ethics, values, social norms, and laws, which form the basis of human society.

"Habitat for Humanity" is a registered service mark owned by Habitat for Humanity organization dedicated to eliminating substandard housing, through the support of individuals, churches, corporations and other organizations.
